Privacy Policy

The short version

Your files never leave your device. Every tool on Snappo runs entirely in your browser — files are read, processed and downloaded locally. We never upload, store, or even see them. Many tools work with your network disconnected.

We don’t ask you to create an account, and we don’t use tracking cookies.

Files you process

Files you drop into a Snappo tool are processed in-memory by your browser and discarded when you leave or reload the page. They are never transmitted to a server. Snappo has no file storage.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service. It records aggregate, anonymous page-view metrics (such as page URL, referrer, country, and device type) without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not collect personal data.

Error reporting

To keep the tools reliable we may collect anonymous technical error reports (for example, the type of failure and browser capabilities) via Sentry, with personal-data scrubbing enabled. These reports never include your files or their contents.

Cookies

Snappo does not set tracking or advertising cookies. A small amount of local storage may be used to remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme). This stays on your device.

Your rights

Because we don’t collect personal data tied to your identity, there is nothing personal to access, export, or delete. If you have any question, contact us.
